En 2014, la collection Treger-Saint Silvestre a établi ses quartiers à l'Oliva Creative Factory, à São João da Madeira (près de Porto). La première exposition, "Art Brut: Breaking the Boundaries", commissarié par Christian Berst, avait surtout pour objectif d'offrir à un public de néophytes un cadre pédagogique et historique.

À l'occasion de ce second commissariat, la nouvelle présentation s'attache avant tout à montrer comment à travers ce que Harald Szeemann qualifiait de "mythologies individuelles", les oeuvres d'art brut représentent une tentative d'élucidation du mystère d'être au monde.

In 2014, the Treger-Saint Silvestre collection moved to the Oliva Creative Factory, in São João da Madeira (near Porto). The first exhibition, called "Art brut: Breaking the boundaries" and curated by Christian Berst, was mostly intended to provide all public, an educational and historic setting.

Now, the presentation will focus to show how art brut's works are an attempt to understand the mystery of being alive, that Harald Szeemann described as " individual mythologies ".
