Mini is listening I swear! LOL She is hilarious! In honor of National Dog Day- Meet Daisy Duke! We have lived so many stories of dogs who were on their last hours, and who had no one else to act as an advocate. When we help these wonderful spirits find homes- that perfect fit – the feeling is indescribable- it just brings tears of joy and gratitude. It truly is it's own reward. So national dog day is pretty much every day at the Hardy-Hayes Refuge- But without this amazing, selfless, 7 days a week – 365 days a year dog loving beautiful firecracker of energy named Christine (my wife) – it could not survive. Thank you for leaving a legacy of love Christine. Thank you for not only helping these dogs but helping people heal by the love they bring.
