Oct.08 -- Morgan Stanley agreed to Buy Eaton Vance for an equity value of about $7 billion. Morgan Stanley Chairman and Chief Executive Officer James Gorman says the decision to purchase asset manager Eaton Vance Corp. was a "no-brainer." He speaks with Bloomberg's Sonali Basak on "Bloomberg Markets: The Close."
