A day in the Brecon Beacons, South Wales, United Kingdom

My brother and I spent a week with our grandad in the Brecon Beacons, attending the Royal Welsh Horse Show. We were originally set to go with our dad, but it ended up just being the three of us. What my brother and I hadn't realised was how difficult a week it would be. We did not realise to the extent of my grandads Alzheimers. The week was both emotionally difficult and seeing our beloved grandad in this way, and also the difficulties of caring for him. We managed to have a good time with some beautiful memories.
