Their New Bells Sound Amazing! | Orthodox Bells | Holy Cross Monastery, WV
In December 2020 I traveled to Holy Cross Monastery in West Virginia to install the 9 smallest of their 13 new bells in their old wooden belfry. Once the new church is built, all 13+ bells will be installed in the large stone bell tower designed by Andrew Gould. You can see the excavated foundation to the left of the monastery buildings.
I took this video while Father Philaret was practicing on my last day there. Sounds so good!
