indexed allocation method,single Level linked indexed allocation and inode operating system

In this method we don't need to maintain all block pointer of file like linked allocation and it support direct Access and no external fragmentation. indexed allocation we collect all block pointer of file in separate block that block called index block.
In directory entry contains only index block
If any blocks lost does not affect other block.

Inode is combination of single Level linked indexed allocation method and multilevel linked indexed allocation method
