The Human-AI Balance in HR

Let me end with the big flashing warning sign: AI is only as good as the data you train it on. If your organization has been hiring from the same three universities for ten years, your AI will simply learn to do that faster and more efficiently.

You must audit these systems constantly. Data privacy matters. And most importantly, while AI can flag a retention risk, it cannot sit with an employee and show real empathy. That part will always be human.

AI should empower better human decisions, never replace them. This balance is everything.
