Fixing a broken self locking tape measurer

This is a tutorial on how to fix a broken self locking tape measurer. This particular tape measurer was pulled beyond the max limit and became stuck open. I could have just moved the button back to where it belongs and saved several steps, but i wanted to show how to completely disassemble and reassemble in case its needed.
