MPC & Splice Sync fix for Splice files not playing by the MPC

I was having issues with the MPC sync function with Splice which is a real shame as more than half the downloaded files would not play or preview.

I used VLC to convert the files from flac to flac in place and Bulk Rename Utility to convert the new files' names to match the original file as Splice would want me to redownload the files that didn't work.

Hopefully this helps someone having the same issue
