Replacing the Jabsco toilet on our Bavaria 36. (01)

We wanted to replace the ageing Jabsco manual head with an electric version. The footprint of the Lite Flush is claimed to be the same as the original toilet, however - whilst the floor fixings are the same, the rest of it is a different matter. Come along as Owen has fun working out how to make it all fit.

Sailing LadyG is a channel for folks who live hectic lives and only get to play on their boats at weekends and the occasional stolen week cruise, we are just like you - and whilst one day we will sail away into warmer climes - for now, it's the joy of the Solent and South West coast of the UK for us.

LadyG is a 2002 Bavaria 36, 11.4m length with a 1.6m fin keeled draught. We try to do as much boat maintenance work as possible ourselves, would like to use the anchor more than we do and have to fit sailing around work and family - sound familiar? We hope so!
