Cadillac remains a bit unsure of where they want to position themselves in the segment, and that is especially true when you look at their latest crop of sedans. The #CadillacCT4V is a new RWD small sedan competing against cars like the CLA35, S3, and M235i Gran coupe. All of its rivals are based on FWD platforms with standard AWD, while the #CT4V is the only RWD offering with available AWD. It’s 325 HP turbocharged 4-cylinder traces its roots to a truck engine but it does offer the most HP and torque in the segment and it’s snappy 10-speed transmission offers the most gears. Currently, the quickest #CadillacCT4 #V will sprint to 60 in 4.6 seconds and should attract a few niche buyers who must have RWD.
