Exercise Sea Breeze 2017 is an annual, multinational, maritime-focused exercise with a combined air, sea, and land scenario. Co-hosted by the U.S. and Ukraine, Sea Breeze aims to improve training value for participants, enhance flexibility and interoperability, and demonstrate resolve among allied and partner forces defending the Black Sea region.

Sea Breeze 17 offers a venue for NATO allies and regional partners to work side-by-side. We stand together to ensure a Europe that is whole, free, prosperous, and at peace.
