What is a differential equation? How do I solve and classify a differential equation? After the video, you will be able to identify the type of differential equation, whether it is partial (PDE), ordinary (ODE), linear, homogeneous or inhomogeneous, as well as of which order the differential equation is. Then I explain four usefull solving methods: separation of variables, variation of constants, exponential ansatz and the separation ansatz.
