Jaggery
Rocksalt

1)soak 5-6 pieces of gond katira in water for 6-8 hours or overnight
2)soak basil seeds (sabja)for 1/2 an hour in water
3)Add mint leaves,jaggery,rock salt,cumin seeds powder in grinding jar and grind into fine paste
3)Add gond katira in a glass
4)add sabja in same glass
5)add mint and jaggery grinded
6)add water,and ice
Mix and serve chilled.
