I am starting up a bunch of ac and heating equipment. I find a blown 3 amp fuse in one of the HVAC units. Therefore before replacing the fuse. I verify the reason the fuse shorted to prevent frying another fuse. In this video I use the Lil’poper 3 amp circuit tester while testing the HVAC air handler. I also show a 3 amp resettable breaker which I prefer over the Lil’ poper.
