How to build a 5" Battery Electric Loco Shunter from scrap Part 3 (rolling chassis) "mr factotum"
Ive just recently at last joined my local model engineering club and with the help and advice from a good friend i am embarking on my first loco project, this will be a low cost and hopefully a quick turnaround to get me up and running, so i can take my grandaughters rides on the tracks, it will be made with an amalgamation of of ideas adapted to utalise what scrap and unused items i have around my workhsop, the only outlay will be for electrics i.e. motor and control system etc
