One of NASA's Most Dangerous Spacewalks | Working Above Earth

This isn't science fiction.

You're looking at astronauts Peter J.K. Wisoff and G. David Low during Space Shuttle Endeavour mission STS-57 in 1993.

One astronaut is anchored to the robotic arm while the other works on the European Retrievable Carrier (EURECA). These spacewalk procedures helped NASA prepare for the historic servicing missions that would later save the Hubble Space Telescope.
With nothing but a spacesuit separating them from the vacuum of space, every movement had to be precise.

No air. No sound. No second chances.
This is what working in space really looks like.
