No funcionan teclas táctiles lavadora. Solución. [Touch keys of the washer don't work. Solution].

Cada día son más los fabricantes que incorporan en la fabricación de sus nuevos electrodomésticos las teclas táctiles, en estas teclas basta con deslizar el dedo por encima para activar la opción deseada. Pero tienen un problema, la acumulación de suciedad y restos de detergente en la superficie de contacto pueden provocar un mal funcionamiento. Para solucionar este problema tenemos que hacer lo siguiente:
1º Limpiamos la superficie de contacto exterior de todas las teclas. Si aún después de limpiarlas no funcionan correctamente, tendremos que limpiar la superficie interior.
2º Para ello, retiramos la jabonera y los tornillos que sujetan el frontal. Sacamos el frontal, teniendo cuidado de desconectar antes las conexiones de la placa electrónica.
3º Separamos la placa electrónica del frontal.
4º Limpiamos todos los sensores táctiles y la superficie de contacto de los sensores en el frontal.
5º Una vez limpios, volvemos a colocar la placa electrónica en el frontal. Conectamos sus conexiones y lo colocamos en la lavadora. Sujetamos el frontal con los tornillos y colocamos la jabonera.
6º Comprobamos el funcionamiento de las teclas. Si continuasen sin funcionar correctamente, podría deberse a un fallo en la placa electrónica.
Este procedimiento se puede realizar en cualquier electrodoméstico que funcione con teclas táctiles.

But they have a problem, the accumulation of dirt and detergent residues on the contact surface can cause a malfunction. To solve this problem we need to do the following:
1º We clean the outer contact surface of all keys. If even after cleaning do not work properly, we have to clean the inside surface.
2º To clean the inside surface, remove the soap dish and the bolts that hold the front. We extract the frontal, taking care to disconnect the connections of the circuit board before.
3º We separate the circuit board of the front.
4º We have to clean all tactile sensors and the contact surface of the sensors on the front.
5º Once clean, we put the circuit board on the front, connect connections and then, place it in the washing machine. We hold the front with screws and put the soap dish.
6º Now we check the operation of the keys. If still not working properly, it could be due to a fault in the circuit board.
This procedure can be performed on any appliance that works with touch keys.
