Historic storm buries Timmins under 60 cm of snow

Timmins digs out from the worst blizzard in decades. The storm dumped up to 60 cm of snow, stranding vehicles and paralyzing the city. Crews are clearing main routes but officials urge patience as cleanup continues. Lydia Chubak reports.
