Living With a Serious Mental Illness | My Truth
This video is a raw and honest look into my life living with schizoaffective disorder. I’m sharing my personal experience, my struggles, and the reality of living with a serious mental illness — the parts people don’t always see or talk about.
Mental health isn’t something you can just “push through.” Some days are heavy. Some days feel lonely. And sometimes you need help, support, or just someone who understands. That doesn’t make you weak — it makes you human.
This video is a reminder that it’s okay to speak up, it’s okay to ask for help, and it’s okay to find friends or community when you can’t do things alone anymore. Healing doesn’t mean having everything figured out. Sometimes it just means staying here and trying again.
If this video resonates with you or reminds you of someone you love, please like, comment, or share. You’re not alone — even when it feels like it.
****Disclaimer****
This video reflects my personal experience living with schizoaffective disorder. I am not a medical professional — just someone sharing my truth and my journey.
Some topics discussed may feel heavy or emotional. Please take care of yourself while watching. Pause, step away, or come back later if you need to.
