Meet Big Foot: Chevron's Floating Skyscraper

June 10 -- Chevron, the second largest oil producer in the U.S., is doubling down on fossil fuels. At a time when no one can say if crude prices will rebound, the company is investing billions on oil and gas around the world and in the Gulf of Mexico.
