Symptoms of Traumatic Brain Injury: My TBI Symptoms 5 Years Later

Kim lists several of the TBI symptoms he continues to have as a severe traumatic brain injury survivor. It's crazy to think that it has been a little over 5 years since TBI has touched our family's lives (...actually, 'tackled' is probably a more fitting term) .

It can definitely be a challenge managing TBI symptoms... not only for Kim, but for everyone else within our bubble. It definitely takes time to find the rhythm (read as "organized chaos") that is *just right* in order to get through the week - but we somehow found a way to make it work about 85% of the time for the past 5 years, lol

Question for you: How do YOU manage 'organized chaos' or 'regular irregularites' that you might have occuring in your life? We try all kinds of things... like making lists... and lots of naps/downtime... even meditation!
