I sent this video to my friends and family. 🤣😂 I had been taking supplements in an empty stomach for so long and I got lazy and decided to take so many together. I literally took #arginine #vitaminc #iron #bromelain #collagen #biotin #libida 😉 #glutathione and I think that’s it....I took like 2 or 3 of each pill. So stupid to combine them y’all. Hind sight is 20/20 ! Did I #vomit or no? Keep watching.
