"BC 30,000 BC" - A Cave Art Style Drawing

This video was created as a part of a project for my Art History class. Throughout the term I have been studying the evolution of art and culture in the Western world. Students were asked to choose a piece of art from anywhere in history from the textbook and write a 5 page analysis of it. I chose Paleolithic Cave Drawings.
The second part of the project asked students to come up with our own creative response to the piece, so I created my own large scale drawing in the style of the 30,000+ year old drawings in the Chauvet Caves in France, and this video provides some additional information about my drawing process.
Being a student during a Pandemic has presented some challenges, especially since it's been so long since I've been in school. This video and the drawing have been an opportunity for me to have a little fun while I'm learning.
