I Used the Eberlestock Bando XL as a Trail Med Kit with Mixed Results

Today we’re taking a look at the Eberlestock Bando XL, a crossbody / waist pack designed for CCW and EDC carry.
But I picked this one up for a different reason.
Instead of using it strictly as a concealed carry bag or everyday carry waist pack, I wanted to see how it would work as a compact IFAK / hygiene / trail support kit for hiking and exploring in the woods.
After carrying it a few times, I have some mixed thoughts. Not necessarily because the bag failed, but because my expectations and loadout may have been asking a little too much from it.
