POTATO SANDWICH
bread slices-4
potato-2 boiled and mashed(medium)
butter-2 tbsp
onions-1 (small )chopped
green chillies-1 chopped
capsicum - 2 tbsp(chopped)
coriander leaves-few(chopped)
salt as per taste
redchilli powder-1 tsp
chat masala powder-1/2 tsp
tomato ketch up-2tsp
METHOD
mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl, add onions, capsicum, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt, red chili powder, chat masala powder and mix to combine everything and keep aside.
take bread slices and apply ketchup 1 tsp on one side and add 2tbsp potato mixture and spread evenly and apply ketchup on other bread slice and close two bread slices with potato mixture in between and keep aside. add butter on pan and roast bread on low heat until golden brown evenly , apply butter to other side also and flip and roast evenly .
