Quite often we find ourselves saying, “I don’t have the time!” In this video, we will dissect this statement and how you can move beyond this to owning your time.

We’ll learn not just “strategies” from me to you, rather we will explore why and how you can increase the value of your time.

What matters is what we do during that bracket. What matters is how we spend time on things that we enjoy without feeling guilty about it, and at the end – feel fulfilled at the end of each day!
