Every Sunday in 2018 from 9–10 pm, tune into a live “Soundbath” feed featured on the facebook event page and uploaded to Youtube! Soundbaths will include Guided Meditations, Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Gongs and other instruments to align us with a healing resonance. Find out about Community Event and News each week.

The intention is to provide the world with a weekly Soundbath Meditation, where we can connect and begin to resonate together in the harmony of Vibrational Medicine. Each week will be a different intention & experience with an array of Sound Healers sharing their gifts. There will be a post each week to give the viewers an update on who will be facilitating and what to expect. All are welcome to enjoy in their own unique way, whether practising Yoga, Meditating, or simply laying down and letting go into the soundscape.

" As the name suggests, a Sound Bath is an immersion in beautiful sounds and vibrations that are healing for your body, mind and spirit. A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience which can take you on a journey of deep relaxation, healing and self discovery. Everything in the Universe, including our body, is composed of vibrations. Every organ and every cell in our body vibrates at a particular frequency. Sound and vibration travels up to five times more effectively through water. As the human body is made up of over 70% water we can understand that sound and vibration can effect us at a cellular level.

During a Sound Bath you will experience deep relaxation and a profound sense of peace and well-being. The healing frequencies and vibrations will wash away all your stress, tension, and cares. All you have to do is lie there and allow the healing sounds and vibrations to wash over you."

----- Who is Jesse Buck ::

Jesse Buck is a Yoga teacher, Reiki / 432hz Sound Healer, Thai Massage Therapist & Public Speaker. Jesse has completed over 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Trainings and countless other certifications in other healing modalities.

Jesse hosts community events in and around Toronto while also working privately with 1 on 1 clients, groups, corporate offices and schools, supporting mental, physical and spiritual growth through his trained healing modalities. Jesse also works with the Youth Wellness Network bringing mental health and wellness programs into the Toronto District School Board for teachers and students. Outside of the school system Jesse also shares the medicine of Cacao (Chocolate elixir) in different settings from Meditation to Ecstatic wildness with an Ecstatic Dance event called the “The Big Love”, a sober Chocolate Dance Party and Full Moon SoundBath Meditations. Cacao is a stimulant which provides a natural high, allowing participants to experience deeper levels of consciousness and heart opening! One of his passions is Sound Healing where he uses Crystal Singing Bowls, with an array of other instruments which allows the body and mind to rest into a deep state of relaxation and balance.
