Problems with Blinds.com

Our experience has been less than average from www.blinds.com the actual blinds seem to be made pretty good however they do NOT stand behind their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. What good is it when the customer service ignores your emails, puts you off and thinks a $25 credit will shut you up when you have just spent hundreds of dollars on blinds which you are unable to put up because they have cheap China screws which strip(and even though they promise to send you better ones, never do) AND when you are on the phone they do not explain everything you need in order to properly install them on the type windows you have.
