Sambhaji Bhagat @ Ulgulan2015 - Palkichi Boi

Ulgulan is Human Rights Conference for Young Lawyers and Activists which aims to bring together around lawyers mostly Adivasis, Dalits and other minority and indigenous communities for a blend of politics, law, strategies and skills with music dance and song. This year the conference was held in Panchgani.

Sambhaji Bhagat is a Dalit activist and revolutionary balladeer based in Maharashtra.
