Day 4 - When You Don’t Know What to Do

God will lead you to the right place before He brings the right people. Instead of telling Saul what to do, Jesus told him where to go. God will guide you to the right place before he connects you with the right people. Ruth found the right field, and there she found the right man. If you are in the right place but have not met the right people, PRAY. If you don’t know what to do, pray and fast!

Health Tip:
Typically about day 3-5 on a fast, the body understands that there is no food intake and begins to shut down the production of digestive juices in order to conserve energy. At this point, you may no longer experience hunger for some days.
