Cortex learns TurboQuant from a YouTube video in real time

Cortex — a 2M-neuron spiking brain — taught a new concept live.

1. Asked "what is TurboQuant?" → no grounded knowledge, only an honest "I don't know" from the LLM
2. Pasted a YouTube link about TurboQuant → the academic learner pulled the transcript, extracted concepts and 12 subject-relation-object triples, and imprinted ~715 STDP synapses
3. Asked again → real grounded answer referencing random rotations, dimensionality, KV cache, and the LLM short-term memory problem TurboQuant solves
