4.0L SOHC Ford front timing chain tensioner rattle noise AN line fix

How to fix the timing chain tensioner noise with an external oil pressure supply and not a getto adjustment bolt.

Please verify thay your timing chain guides are in one piece first as this is a common failed part on these engines!

Don't try this unless you want to prematurely destroy you timing chain guides https://youtu.be/DfVPrSAd3Og. The whole reason the timing chain tensioners are pressurized with oil pressure is so the timing chain can relax at higher RPMs. Timing chains won't stretch when needed like a belt so they need a way to relive the extra pressure. This is the reason most modern timing belt engines have spring loaded tensioners as well to increase belt life and durability.
