Sweat belts, Corsets, Sauna Vests... I cover them all today! I love working out with an extra layer of insulation on my waist to sweat more! Today I share my personal opinion on how I use all of these different waist trainers; what are best for workouts, what is most comfy, and what you should use to get an hourglass shape!
