DAN JONES ORIGINAL LONG BEDTIME STORIES FOR GROWN UPS | ADULT BEDTIME STORY

This is a mythological fairy tale for grown ups designed, like all my deep relaxation stories, to calm an overactive mind, reduce stress, worry and anxiety while helping you to fall asleep quickly, tackling insomnia.

This is a long sleep story for grownups created during a livestream with ideas from viewers. This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about an old lady sitting in a rocking chair in a farm house. The lady has her grandchildren sat with her as she tells them what she says is a true story from many years ago. She starts telling a story about travelling around the world on a ship following a book about someone who had travelled this journey before and the mythical things they claimed to have seen. She planned on explaining what was written in the book. She visits the first location, travels on a Shetland pony through a valley and woodland to a river. She headed into a cave, descended into a hole in the ground to a deeper chamber. She followed the sound of running water to an underground river. She boarded a raft and followed the river, over rapids and down into a lake. Near the lake was a door. She headed through the door and found herself in a valley and a land of giants. The woman interacted with the giant people before finding her way back to the door, back to the cave, out of the cave and back to her boat. They continue the journey on to the most incredible looking lighthouse. Once on shore near the lighthouse, the woman went exploring. She hacked her way through woodland, before coming out in a clearing at a stream looking over a meadow. The woman drank some of the water from the stream, which seemed to calm her aches and pains and promote healing within her. She then followed the stream to a small pool of water. She saw that many animals on this island were very small. The woman noticed a giant ladybird and other giant insects. The woman found her way to a circular stone building. She entered the building to see that the room was a room full of doors. The woman discovers that all of the doors lead to different locations. The first door she walked through led to somewhere cold and snow-covered. Through the next door it was night-time, she noticed here that there were fireflies in the sky and a shadowy figure near the water. She approached the figure and realised that it had the head and boy of a person on the body and legs of a horse. The woman interacted with them before seeing a sparkling descending from the sky which turned out to be a fairy. The fairy guided the woman to a spring. The fairy told the woman to drink some of the water from this spring and it will enable her to understand and communicate with all the living beings. The fairy explains this place that the woman had discovered, explaining it is like a hub connecting all the realms. This hub was created by a wizard thousands of years ago and was discovered centuries ago by another explorer. She then went back through the door and explored through other doors. After spending time in this building the woman went back to the boat and continued her journey. As she completed telling her grandchildren her tale, she could see how captivated they were. She gives both her grandchildren copies of her book. The children went to bed dreaming about the stories they had been told. The grandmother heads to bed, pleased to have shared her tale. As she drifted asleep, she looked over at a crystal bracelet next to her bed which she can use to connect her with one of the realms where she met her soulmate.
