Food, Glorious Food on a Viking Danube Cruise

I thought the Viking River Cruise food was very good with some items, excellent, and others, so-so (just like any restaurant or cruise). It was a pleasant surprise and major kudos to chefs who have to please a gazilliion food requirements for 188 passengers three times a day. I don't know how they do it but Yum!
