Economy, real estate, and Panama's position

I do not make "predictions", but I can make a "forecast" that is more general but is based on more than opinion. For the first time in 17 years, I have suggested a specific situation coming down the road that might have a major impact on real estate prices. Make no mistake. I never suggest "flipping" which is a good way to be seriously disappointed at your own expense, but it might be helpful in the long run... or not. No crystal ball here.
