The easiest way to put up (preserve) a good amount of corn is to freeze it. It’s also the way I find it to be most versatile.

After testing and comparing, here are my three favorite ways to freeze corn: blanched, unblanched, and whole. I use it on corn from my garden or that I buy at the grocery store.
