How to build a big darn fence. With scrap pipe, T posts and over priced wood from Home Depot. In my area fence’s 7 foot or less do not require any permits. So this my not be an ok construction method where your at. It would also not be the most cost effective if you had to buy the pipe and posts new. Had to build this Because our neighbor is an incorrigible putz.
