Toning hair with Wella T18

I finally decided to try the Wella t18 toner. It’s the first ever toner I used so I was nervous that my hair was going to turn out that same way. Luckily it didn’t it’s an improvement.

Products used:
-Wella T18 toner in Lightest Ash Blonde (2 boxes)
- Ion Sensitive Scalp 20 Volume Creme Developer
- Matrix Total Results So Silver Shampoo
- Ion Pre-Color Treatment ( I used this off camera)
