The sequence to start Jaeger components: Collector -- Agent -- Query
1. collector startup： SPAN_STORAGE_TYPE=elasticsearch ES_SERVER_URLS=http://localhost:9200 ./jaeger-collector --es.index-prefix=openstracing
2. agent startup： ./jaeger-agent --reporter.grpc.host-port=127.0.0.1:14250
3. query startup： SPAN_STORAGE_TYPE=elasticsearch ES_SERVER_URLS=http://localhost:9200 ./jaeger-query --es.index-prefix=openstracing
