How Do Jedi Build Their Second Lightsabers?

When Ahsoka wanted to build her second lightsaber, or when Anakin or Obi-Wan needed to replace the lightsabers they broke or lost, what's the process for that? Do they have to go through the Gathering all over again? Today I attempt to answer that question.
