The night before, I prepared a special marinade with soy sauce, calamansi, paprika, banana ketchup, brown sugar, and lemongrass—plus a tangy vinegar dipping sauce. On the day, we grilled the BBQ by the sea, enjoyed swimming, laughed together, and made beautiful memories before the Obon Yasumi holiday.

After the celebration, I share a glimpse of my last day at work before our 10-day holiday and start training for my upcoming Mt. Fuji climb! 🗻
