Sri Lankan Spicy Pork Bite (නියම රහට සැරට පෝක් බයිට් එකක්)

Today, I would like to show how to make Sri Lankan Spicy Pork Bite (නියම රහට සැරට පෝක් බයිට් එකක්)

INGREDIENTS
900g of Pork
4-5 pieces of goraka
2 small brown onions sliced
3 garlic bulbs and piece of ginger crushed
2 sprigs of curry leaves
3 tsp of lite soy sauce
3 tsp of tomato sauce
1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
2 tsp of vinegar (optional)
Salt to taste
Oil
For the Spicy mix
4 tsp of coriander seeds
1 tsp of cumin seeds
1 1/2 tsp of fennel seeds
2 tsp of crushed chili
2 1/2 tsp of black pepper seeds
6-8 cardamom pods
5-6 cloves
4-5 small pieces of cinnamon
