DMV Motorcycle Road Test Northeast Edition: VT, NH, CT, MD, VA, WV, DC, and DE

It's about time someone makes an in depth breakdown of the DMV motorcycle road test. This test uses the ALT-MOST (alternate motorcycle operator skills test) version of the test and is valid in 29 out of the 50 states. Easiest way is on a 250cc scooter. It's big enough for a full license and small enough to navigate the tight course.
