Britain’s oldest dancer has vowed to “keep on grooving” after going viral at the age of 100.

Bernard Gilbert has been dancing for more than 90 years, first taking it up after a rugby injury as a teenager.

Now a care home resident, he continues to impress with his moves, saying dancing keeps him physically and mentally active.
