NEW DEFENSE TREATY BETWEEN THE U.K. AND POLAND
Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk is heading to the U.K. on Wednesday to sign a new defense treaty, securing a new level of cooperation between Warsaw and London. Just before leaving Warsaw, Tusk made it clear that he wants to strengthen diplomatic relations with London to boost defense against Russia and other hostile threats across Europe.

DRONE STRIKES ACROSS RUSSIA AND OCCUPIED CRIMEA
Multiple regions across Russia and occupied Crimea were struck overnight, with targets including a crucial oil refinery on the Black Sea. Russian occupation authorities in Crimea have claimed that the attack involved Ukrainian forces using long-range ballistic Storm Shadow missiles.

NINE NATIONS QUIT CZECH AMMO PLAN FOR UKRAINE
Nine countries have pulled out of the Czech-led initiative to buy ammunition for Ukraine to help Kyiv defend itself against Russia’s invasion. Experts warn this could indicate a reversing trend among countries supporting Ukraine.
