Prince William to Sell a Fifth of the Duchy of Cornwall for Homes and Nature

William plans to sell around 20 percent of the Duchy of Cornwall over the next ten years, with about £500 million earmarked for housing and nature. The estate will consolidate around five heartlands, including, of all places, Kennington. Tenant farmers in Devon say they are not entirely thrilled.
