Former Eastern Bloc City - Cities Skylines - East of the Curtain Part 01

Hello everyone!
This is the first episode of my new series, Cities Skylines - East of the Curtain, where I am going to create a former Eastern Bloc city, mostly inspired by Hungarian cities and also a bit by City 17 from Half-Life 2.
In this episode, I am building the downtown of the city.
