I also go over a bit of the process of making a 2D and 3D VTuber. You can use programs like 3tene, VRoidStudio and Streamlabs OBS for 3D Vtubers. For 2D You can use programs like Live2D Cubism, PrprLive, and Streamlabs OBS.
Being a 3D VTuber can be free while being a 2D VTuber might cost a bit more.
